盘折沿，浅腹，平底，圈足。通体绘青花纹饰三层，折沿绘竹、松、梅、菊纹饰；腹部内壁绘开窗牡丹纹饰；盘心绘《西厢记•长亭送别》情景。《西厢记》为元代剧作家王实甫代表作，全名《崔莺莺待月西厢记》。自顺治时期便广为流传，备受读者喜爱，也是康熙时期瓷器最为流行的题材之一。此盘，造型秀气规整，胎质洁白绵密，笔触细腻，描绘生动传神，青花分水层次分明，充分体现了康熙青花“一墨五色”的釉色之美。
