Description: Pair of Qing Dynasty Chinese porcelain bowls, both potted a deep vessel forms, rounded cavetto rising the steep sides leading toward flat rim, supported upon a narrow footed base. The exterior delicately hand painted with cranes within waterside landscape, set against rich vermillion-red underglaze ground. The interior and concaved central base remain white underglazed. Crane and pine tree expresses the desire that everything under heaven and throughout the earth remain evergreen, and is a wish for longevity. Mark on base, a six underglaze blue seal script -ZhuanShu- characters reign mark, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing. Dimensions: 2-1/2" H x 3-3/8" Dia.
