|玉呈白色，质地温润清朗。鸭身长型，圆胸细臀，尾翘起。首、颈部贴服于背，双翅伏于身两侧，有排列整齐的羽，翅前端开光内仿古勾云纹。鸭作回首状，双足贴体。此作品造型简洁抽象，颇为少见。家禽为玉雕动物中最常见的题材，自唐代之后，玉鸭之作多出新样。其造型中有背负谷穗者，既有岁岁平安之意又有五谷丰登之祈，寓意不俗。
