|白玉质，半透明，通体受沁带灰皮。玉蝉嘴角分明，双眼突出，碾磨弧形阴线以示蝉头，碾磨弧形双翼覆盖蝉体，正中起一道脊棱。腹部琢十字交叉线和八道横线，斜刀技法应用娴熟，线条碾琢有力。八刀蝉主要流行于汉代，汉代以蝉作琀，借蝉脱壳成虫的自然现象，寄寓复活再生的祈愿。
