|圆口，直下至肩，肩饰两鹿首，垂腹圈足，因形似鹿头，而称“鹿头尊”。此件较之传统的形制要小。通体施窑变釉，口部及两侧鹿首形耳因釉薄而呈酱黄色，颈部及腹部则呈紫色、红色、月白三色交织的效果，釉表光亮，色彩流淌自然，交织变幻。
