款识：节临《秦权二世诏文》。岁在癸未秋九月，七十一叟童大年。
印鉴：童大年、心盦 释文：元年制诏，丞相斯、去疾。法度量，尽始皇帝为之，皆有刻辞焉，今袭号，而刻辞不称始皇帝，其于久远也。如后嗣为之者。
作者介绍：童大年（1874-1954），原名暠，字醒盦，又字心安，一作心龛，号性涵、松君五子，上海崇明人。篆刻家。幼时学印，师从赵穆。精研六书，尤善篆隶。流寓杭州，后居上海。为西泠印社元老。
