Height: 13 1/8" Diameter: 7 1/4" Pair of Chinese Qing Dynasty DouCai porcelain amphora vases. Delicately potted with ovoid body, the rounded shoulder, gently tapered upward narrow tall neck leading toward slightly flaring rim, and raised upon concaved foot base. Two characterizing copper red glazed archaic dragon ears flanked on the neck. The exterior decorated in DouCai hand painting in light color depicted dragon and phoenix borne amidst dense of colorful floral and scrolling tendrils. Banded with repeated ruyi pendants, upturned lappets, and auspicious motif ribbon on rim, and foot. Jiaqing six characters reign mark in underglaze blue, Qing Dynasty.
