钤印：韩氏经眼、韩氏藏书、静观自在、龙鹤鉴赏、石栍轩。 |册页1册13开|旧拓本|提要：是摩崖宋著考为天监十三年（514）刻，其作者至今未有定论。原石刻于江苏焦山，后崩落佚失，直至清康熙年间方才挽出五石。1960年五石合一，嵌入壁间，存于焦山碑林。此碑为悼念家鹤之死而作，其书举止利落，气体宏逸，为书家冠冕。黄庭坚有诗云：“大字无过《瘗鹤铭》”，评其为“大字之祖”。
