题识：山阴王元勋。||题跋：葆天居士跋。||钤印：元勋、湘汀、平定 |说明：王元勋，字汀洲，浙江山阴（今绍兴）人。善画人物、山水、鸟草虫，尤擅传神写照，士女更形妩媚。尝绘巨幅和合二仙图，呼之欲活。悬腕中锋，粗毫浓墨，以兰叶描写衣纹，流利泼辣，化俗为雅，具见功力。卒年七十九。子景贤，能绍父艺。其名见载于《墨香居画识》、《墨林今话》、《读画闲评》、《履园画学》、《姜丹书稿》等。||备注：原装旧裱
