The broad swelling cylindrical body rising from a shallow recessed base to an angled shoulder, sweeping up to a tall gently tapering neck with an everted dished rim, covered overall with a rich sky-blue glaze suffused with fine 'golden thread' crackles, base with spur marks, the rim and foot bounded in gilt-metal band, 8.1 inch high.
