本尊造像螺发密结，宝珠顶严，相容祥和，胸间宽厚，比例合宜，身着袒右式袈裟，左肩覆搭衲衣边角，衣缘錾刻纹饰。左手托钵结禅定印于脐前，右手施愿印，手指关节交代清楚。全跏趺坐于莲花座上，莲花座相当特别，层次分明，莲瓣宽扁肥大，瓣尖饰有如意纹，工艺精湛。此件造像虽仅6公分，然细节刻画细腻程度远不逊于大件佛像，脖子三横颈纹、衣缘纹饰、手指关节、莲花瓣都处理得相当精致，实为小佛中的精品之作。
