直径7.5cm；高2.9cm
|盒作蔗段式造型，顶面微弧，唇边子母口相合，底承圈足，盒内及底髹黑漆，外壁以剔犀工艺装饰，盒盖满雕香草纹回旋，自然形成三组如意云头纹，构图舒朗得当，予人以古朴大方之感，盒壁亦饰四组如意云纹对称分布，与盖面分饰相得益彰。通体雕工上乘，刀法娴熟，髹漆厚薄适中，漆层断面可见红黑三色漆线丝丝密密，极为悦目，器表包打磨细致，包浆均润，为明代漆雕之佳品。
