The program names "Captain Franklin Delano Roosevelt" as commander, and commemorates the maiden voyage of the steamship, likely referencing the formal establishment of the Warm Springs Foundation. It lists darkly humorous nicknames for the staff, and provides a menu with dishes like "quadriceps on toast," "scoliosis potatoes," "tibial tidbits," and "hamstring beans."
