A squat bronze vessel with ledge rim, handle formed as a beaded frame and standing female with hands raised to the uprights, D-shaped strainer panel to the front with enamelled cells to the rim. 605 grams, 24cm (9 1/2"). Property of a Hampstead gentleman; from his family collection formed since the 1970s. Fair condition, body cracked, spout absent.
