Tang Dynasty, 618-906 AD. A bronze discoid mirror with one polished face, to the reverse a raised and chamfered rim with grapevines, inner ring of birds and bunches of grapes and concentric band of monkeys with limbs extended, central pierced lug a squatting monkey.
