A rectangular ceramic tile with figure modelled in the half-round, a warrior in repose wearing scale and plate armour holding ta spear in his right hand and with a sash draped across his body from his left hand. 2.9 kg, 37cm (14 1/2"). Property of a North London gentleman; previously in a private collection formed in the 1990s. Fair condition.
