A bronze statue of the goddess Bhudevi crowned and with closed lotus flower in her right hand, the left hand to her side; the left leg bearing her weight and the right one flexed, standing on a lotus-flower dais and tiered square-section base, hollow to the underside; stud to the reverse to support a nimbus; southern Indian workmanship. 4.6 kg, 33cm (13").
