A stone frieze fragment with upper ledge and right ribbed column; two central bare-chested male figures with arms in animated posture, third smaller figure to the left; nimbate figure to the right end; mounted on a custom-made plaque. 3.8 kg, 37cm (14 1/2"). Property of a Middlesex collector; acquired on the London art market before 2000; formerly in an old English collection. Fine condition.
