A silver-gilt plate brooch formed as a rectangular headplate and trapezoidal footplate, applied panels with punched detailing and hollow-formed lateral knops, ropework borders and applied bows with granules; coil of a sprung pin to the reverse and edge of the catchplate; pin separate; provincial workmanship.
