A group of two large Carcharocles megalodon shark teeth from Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, USA, with some good polished tooth enamel. 271 grams total, 96-108mm (4 - 4 1/4"). From the collection of the palaeontologist Bretton Carter; these specimens were collected in the fossil beds off shore of Aquinnah in Martha’s Vineyard; only tribal members of the Aquinnah Wampanoags are allowed to collect in the fossil beds.
