H: 21CM L: 14Cm W: 8.7CM Weight: 5kg The silver box with rectangular form has two layers containing twelve coins in circular with reticulated square in the center; back of twelve coins are inscribed with benedictive characters in Manchu and Chinese "Tian Xia Tai Pei, Chang Zhi Jiu An, Zhen Tong Ren He, Ge Feng Gan Yu, Guo Tai Min An, Guang Ming Zheng Da, Fu You Mian Chang, Shou Fu Kang Ning, Ji Xiang An Kang, Zi Qi DOng Lai, Wan Shou Wu Jiang", engraved in a lower relief with Eight Immortals, outter edge neatly reticulated with Ruyi clouds; original two-fold box, coins are placed into two groups upper and lower layer, and arched cover lid; interior of the box engraved with fishes, "Shou", and florals, implies happy life and wealth; cover and the box knot- locked, top and sides finely carved with clouds and branches; surface of the box inscribed with four characters â Jiu Zhou Qing Yan" implies peace and prosperity, which was one of the early masterpiece architect in Old Summer Palace, named one of "Fourty Scenery"
