The official 'bill signer' Parker pen measures 5.25? long and features a clear plastic grip with blue presidential seal with silver-tone cap and gold end and clip. Includes the original presentation box with presidential seal and facsimile signature of President Johnson, as well as a typed caption affirming that the pen was “used by the President on June 6, 1968, in signing H.
