The letter, signed "H. K. Craig," in full: "I propose proceeding to Harpers Ferry Va, in a few days, for the purpose of making the annual inspection of the Armory there, in compliance with Articles 14 & 15 of Ord. Regulations, and of Spec. Order No. 1 of 1855, and have to request your approval." In fine condition.
