Benet quotes from his poem 'The Mountain Whippoorwill,' in full: "Up in the mountains, its lonesome all the time / (Soft wind slein' thru' the sweet-potato vine) / Up in the mountains, its lonesome for a child / Whippoorwills a-callin', when the sap runs wild."
