Original 8.5 x 11 instructional sheet headed ÂRE.: BEATTLES ARRIVAL, dated July 20, 1965, directed to Mike Hutner and Buddy Young in regard to the Beatles arrival in New York City on August 13, 1965, and the start of their second American tour. The sheet lists the bandÂs flight number (ÂTWA, Flight #703Â), the airport, landing time, and receiving party (ÂKennedy Airport at 2:35 P.M Walter Hofer and representatives from Capitol Records and General Artists CorporationÂ), and the remainder of their obligations and plans, with additional contact information. In very good to fine condition, with a fold across the bottom, and creasing to the edges. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.The Beatles fifth studio album, Help!, was released in America on the same day the Beatles landed stateside for their highly anticipated 16-date US tour. Upon landing at JFKÂtheir plane parked two miles from the main terminal to avoid fan frenzyÂthe Beatles were driven to the Warwick Hotel on 6th Avenue and 54th Street, their main residence until August 17th.
