Attributed to Frans Pourbus the younger (1569 1622), Flemish painter for many highly influential people of the period, including the Spanish Regents of the Netherlands, and Marie de' Medici, Queen of France. His works are in the Royal Collection, the Louvre, the Prado, the Rijksmuseum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and many other collections.
