瓶体呈扁圆形，扁圆口，溜肩，圈足；肩侧饰对称鱼耳，盖顶亦为扁圆形，上雕宝珠钮。瓶身浮雕和合二仙图，玉质纯净，质白细腻，抛光上等，为清代玉器的典型代表作。此瓶为陈设用器，清代乾隆年间，由于玉材充足，皇帝喜好，陈设玉器发展达到顶峰，此瓶即应清代中期生产的一件陈设佳器。
