“麻姑献寿”是清代工艺品中常见的题材之一，相传麻姑在每年西王母做寿时，都要用灵芝酿仙酒献给西王母做寿礼，故也由此被西王母封为“女寿仙”。葛洪《神仙传》卷七：“麻姑，建昌人，修道于牟州东南余姑山。三月三日西王母寿辰，麻姑在绛珠河畔以灵芝酿酒，为王母祝寿。”通体白釉，盘心绘麻姑献寿图，人物自然写实，是古代做寿人家常用，尤为可贵。
