Laut Hermann Braun handelt es sich hier um eine verkleinerte Version von "Beschaulichkeit". (Vgl. Hermann Braun, 1991, S. 364)

Siesta. 1955. Bronze, brown patinated. 25 x 21.5 x 16.5cm. Monogrammed under the right hand: FK (in ligature). As well as foundry mark verso lower left. STRASSACKER KUNSTGUSS SÜSSEN.

Condition:
Dark brown, closed partina. Slightly dusty in the recesses. Stand surface with superficial rubbing and scratches. Minimal white traces of abrasion on the hands and the left hollow of the knee. Beginning greenishpatina (verdigris) in the recesses of the left hand. Underside closed with two holes for mounting on pedestal.

According to Hermann Braun, this is a scaled-down version of the "Beschaulichkeit". (Cf. Hermann Braun, 1991, p. 364)
