Ses six bras étendus et chaque main tenant un attribut, il est habillé d'une peau de tigre, un collier de têtes coupées et un serpent naga drapé autour de ses épaules. Ses trois têtes barbues courroucées sont chacune surmontée d'une tete de cheval dans la chevelure. Base scellée.
