此缸体型硕大，唇口，鼓腹下敛。通体施青釉，釉层肥厚，光洁温润，仿佛婴儿的肌肤。外壁一周刻十二生肖纹，十二中动物皆作兽首人身状，仿佛圆明园大水法之十二生肖像，透着难得的宫廷气息。近足处环变形如意纹一周。此缸胎体厚重，釉色丰润，器形规整，展现了清代官窑高超的制作工艺。
