Interesting wearable Viking Era bronze ring with runic symbols - sun in the middle; two ravens depicted under and above the sun - symbolising god Odin; two symbols for sea serpend on each side- representing the evil - Jurmungand sea serpent. The ring is possibly representing a famous Viking saga but done by a very skilled engraver. Good Condition, beautiful patina; Inner diameter: 20.5mm; outer diameter: 23mm ring size UK U; US 10.5; 4gr; Provenance: Private London collection, formed in the 1970s on the UK and European art market.
