A small bronze cruciform bow brooch comprising: a square headplate with three semicircular lateral panels, slightly domed bow, narrow footplate with transverse ribbing and flared terminal, remains of pin-lug and catchplate to the reverse; findspot detailed in white ink to the underside. 12 grams, 62mm (2 1/4"). From a Leicestershire, UK, collection; previously with Nigel Mills; found on the Essex/ Suffolk border, UK. [No Reserve]
