A bronze statuette depicting Victory in advancing pose with wings outstretched, standing on a globe with copious robe billowing about the legs, left hand holding a bow(?) and right arm thrust forward; the face cleanly modelled with delicate features and hairstyle; mounted on a custom-made stand. 1.7 kg total, 35cm with stand (13 3/4"). Property of a South London collector; acquired before 1980.
