Lower Cretaceous Period, 105 million years BP. A polished piece of amber with insect and other inclusions. 14 grams, 35mm (1 1/2"). From an old Bristol paleontological collection; acquired 1950s-1960s; from Northern Myanmar, Burma. This is one of the only Cretaceous amber deposits in the world.
