Two Chinese, porcelain plates with flat bottoms, and angled sides leading to a lobed gilded rim: -one painted with a bird standing on a rock with flowers and branches surrounded in the middle of the plate and one line of handwriting-Chinese printed on the top; -another decorated with a bird and a crane standing on a rock with bamboo, flowers, branches and grasses in the center of the plate with some calligraphy-style Chinese characters printed on the top left. D: 11.42in.(29cm) Condition: both in good condition except for one plate with a transversely hairline ( approx 8 cm) to the upper left corner
