A Mongolian second grade silver tea bowl and parcel gilt silver cover, and a white metal mounted wooden stem dish
The tea bowl is of slightly flaring form and stands on a high foot. the cover is delicately decorated in with four shaped panels enclosing dragons and cranes on a wan-symbol ground below four cartouches enclosing the Eight Buddhist Symbols, all surmounted by a lotus bud finial decorated with scrolling foliage. The wooden stem dish is mounted with a metal rim decorated with scrolling flowers, the foot is encircled by a metal band decorated with lappets.
