Chinese 19 Century Octagonal Melon Porcelain Teapot, the lobed sides well painted with turquoise bats holding double cash pendants between roundels of a 4-Claw Red Dragon, a Phoenix and a Crane; wire twist handles attached either side of cover with peach finial. Age related wear to enamels and gold highlights, hairline through 1 side of porcelain tab for handles, 2 tiny glaze flakes to edge of cover. Length from side to spout 7 inches (17.8 cm.).
