註：于右任與王一亭同為同盟會早期成員。辛亥革命前一年，于右任在王震、沈縵雲、葉惠鈞等绅商的資助下於滬上創辦〈民立報〉宣傳反清革命，轟動一時。後亦於一九三八年九月在〈正信（抗戰半月刊）〉上共同署名發表文章「于院長電蔣總裁建立護國法會」。
