Dàoguāng shísān nián jiǔ yuè jírì
Made on an auspicious day in the 9th month of the 13th year of Daoguang.

信士 吳祥泰號 敬立
Xìnshì wúxiángtài hào jìng lì
Respectfully made upon commission of Wu Xiangtai.
