民国原装裱。●萨镇冰（1859-1952），字鼎铭，海军上将，出身于著名的福州色目人萨氏家族。是中国近代著名的海军将领，先后担任过清朝海军统制（总司令）、民国海军总长等重要军职，还曾代理过国务总理。他在担任清朝北洋海军副统领（副司令）时，创建了烟台海军学校。萨镇冰经历了前清、民国与解放初期的各个历史时期，是中国海军史上-位卓越的人物。同时，他-生扶贫济困，广造福祉，被人民大众称为“活菩萨”。生前享有隆声，死后享有美誉。
