Mainly Mesolithic, 15,000-9,000 years BP. A mixed group of mainly flint tools comprising: a scraper with collector's label reading 'Scraper found in Cissbury Ring by R. Kerridge in 1983'; small triangular point with label 'Cissbury Ring 1981 RK'; point with label 'Found at 31 Sheridan Rd Worthing by Ron Kerridge'; five scrapers with labels recording Cissbury Mount Carvey findspot and date (1978 to 1982"). 146 grams total, 40-65mm (1 1/2 - 2 1/2"). From the private collection of Ronald G.P. Kerridge (d. 2013), Sussex historian, author, and archaeologist; found Mount Carvey by Ronald Kerridge in the late 1970s and early 1980s; each accompanied by identification cards with find date.
