Pair of Qing Dynasty Chinese gilt bronze cloisonne enamel garden stools, stoutly repousse in barrel shaped body, tall cylindrical with slightly swelled on the center, slightly domed round top. The main exterior is decorated with four front facing dragon enclosed within flori-form shaped cartouches; Set in four symmetrical directions, against colorful cloisonne works and interspersed by conjoined coins motif diaper in gilt and colorful enamel filled cloisonne works against the turquoise blue enamel ground. The garden stool is characterized by attractive protruding gilt knops encircling under the rim and above the foot, over the bands of gilt bronze rings. The top with playful Qilin with Xiujiu silk ball enclosed within gilt bronze ring. Mark on base, protruding four script characters, enclosed by double square framed border, Qianlong Reign Period.
