A CHINESE YELLOW GROUND FAMILLE ROSE 'DRAGON' BOWL
The yellow-ground bowl is decorated with four circular cartouches with iron-red and gilt five-clawed dragons with flaming pearls and flame scrolls, each separated by vases filled with flowers accompanied by buddhist emblems, ruyi-heads and various fruits. The yellow-ground is contrasted with a geometrical design. All between a key fret band to the rim and the base. The interior of the bowl is decorated with a green and blue glazed dragon with a flaming pearl and flame scrolls. The base marked with an underglaze blue six-character Guangxu mark.
