A carved wooden figure of an advancing female, head with exaggerated eyes and hair falling to the shoulders; socket to each shoulder to accept a pegged arm. 140 grams, 24.7cm (9 3/4"). Property of a Middlesex lady; acquired on the London art market in 2007; formerly in a private collection formed in the 1980s.
