A gold finger ring comprising a scaphoid plaque with beaded wire rim, cell with inset garnet cabochon, loops and filigree heart to each shoulder, beaded wire hoop. 2.53 grams, 21mm overall, 19.28mm internal diameter (approximate size British S, USA 9 1/4, Europe 20.38, Japan 19) (3/4"). Ex an important Dutch collection; acquired on the European art market in the 1970s.
