The gently rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to an everted rim, freely carved to the interior with a leafy lotus spray and covered overall in an white glaze falling in characteristic 'teardrops' down the exterior sides. Condition: Excellent condition with minor wear and firing flaws, the metal rim corroded to the extent of almost dissolution. Provenance: German private collection. Weight: 218.8 g.
