AN ENAMELED SILVER AND JADE HAND MIRROR, LATE QING China, late Qing Dynasty (1644- 1912). The oval mirror in a silver frame, enameled, embossed and finely incised with various auspicious motifs. Inlaid with carved jadeite and semi-precious stones. Minuscule hall mark and stamp "800". Condition: Wear, traces of use, some minor dents and nicks to silver and enamels, one crack to jade. The mirror with small spots. Provenance: From a Swiss private collection. Weight: 236.4 g. Dimensions: Length 27 cm.
