A PAIR OF CHINESE INLAID WALL PANELS, LATE QING China, late Qing dynasty (1644-1912). This pair of Chinese inlaid wall panels offers very fine depictions of two ladies, both under willow trees, one harvesting algae with lotus also seen in the image and the other inside a junk and holding a fan. Inlays on rosewood, root and rosewood frames with ornamental brass suspensions. Condition: Overall good condition with few cracks and signs of age. Provenance: Galerie Zacke archive. Dimensions: Size incl. frame 57 x 27.3 cm each.
