A ceramic vessel formed as a large shallow dish with tapering tall neck and bulbous finial, small pierced lug to the rim, to the opposite side a spout formed as a bull's head with curved horns, the bowl with four decorative panels, each with an incised rosette, incised zig-zag decoration to the rim, the underside with four bands of hatched lines and four smaller rosettes, four conical legs. 760 grams, 25.5cm (10"). Property of a London gentleman; previously with a central London gallery; acquired in the 1960s.
